Prompto Portrait

It’s been a while since I drew any kind of semi realistic pencil portraits. About 7 years ago, so I’m a bit out of shape but eversince Final Fantasy 15 came out I just wanted to draw a pencil portrait that reflects the lovely character design by Square Enix which is realistic, but on the other hand still has lots of traces of those anime doll faces.

Prompto is wearing a different kind of a sleeveless Kingsglaive uniform, a special bandana and a chocobo medal, since, lets face it, after Noctis brought back the sun, he made his bro the official chocobo general!XD*LOL*

Assassin Power!

I was listening to the Sailor Moon OST while drawing this and now everytime I look at them I her them scream: MOON PRISM POWER MAKE UP!!
Gee, this took me over 4 days. I’m so slow…but the basic idea was that Noctis and Prompto totally freak out over their new Assassin outfits while Gladio and Ignis couldn’t care less. Based on this lovely headcanon dialogue by @airis-fantasy.

PS: I drew this before playing the DLC and I cannot believe that it is 150 % canon that they are big nerds and enjoy their assassin cosplays!

Evening stroll at the beach

Noctis and Prompto at the beach, doing what they love. The coloration of this one took me forever but I’m quite satisfied. My hand needs a break now…XD

Ever at your side!

I tried out some polaroid memory kind of stuff this time. Since their casual outfits feature both darker vests, I added a bit more color to contrast each other.
After finishing Episode Prompto I love those stupid dorks even more.

I also wanted to draw Prompto in that sleeveless vest which seems like a cool mix between the Kingsglaive garb jacket and the undershirt and since he prefers sleeveless shirts it suits him sooo much better. I also overworked the royal end credits outfit of Noctis and gave him a proper tie, since I don’t like that weird ribbon (?) around his neck. That ribbon looks better on the chocobo and Prompto’s arm as bit more stylish bandana.
PS: This is promptos cellphone of course!

Out of all the characters of the Final Fantasy franchise, Prompto’s definitely my favourite character, followed very closely by Noctis.

Super Chocobros

Imagine Super Mario World with Noctis, Prompto and the chocobo instead of Mario, Luigi and Yoshi and that’s how this idea was born.

Miraculous Ladybug - Fancomic

It was funny to work on this, but this comic is also a good pratice for my own comic with my own characters that I stopped in 2013 because I was fed up with my style. I always wasted so much time with the lineart. You know, making it clear and so on and it always ended up way to stiff. Therefore I keep my pencil outlines because they are so much more lively.

Anna & Kristoff - Aladdin Version

Ich habe schon ewig nichts mehr hier hoch geladen, was aber auch daran liegt dass ich momentan mehr auf tumblr und Instagramm aktiv geworden bin.

Wie ihr seht bin ich immer noch mit Frozen besessen, besonders mit Kristoff und Anna!
Ich LIEBE die beiden...und wollte einfach mal sehen, wie sie mit den Klamotten von Aladdin und Jasmin aussehen würden. Elsa, Olaf und Sven wollt auch noch integrieren, aber ich ich habe mich jetzt einfach mal auf Kristoff und Anna beschränkt.

Meine eigenen Charaktere und Story's habe ich in letzter Zeit sehr vernachlässigt, was aber auch daran lag, dass ich mit meinem Stil unzufrieden war. Mit den Frozen Fanarts habe ich jedoch einen anderen Weg eingeschlagen, den ich auch für meine eigenen Charaktere verwenden möchte.
Ich lasse jetzt meine Bleistift Outlines jetzt so wie sie sind und versuche sie nicht mehr sauber mit Fineliner nach zu ziehen. Das hat nähmlich immer die Lebendigkeit der Zeichnung verhunzt.
